Hellas Engineering offers preconstruction and construction phase services for building restoration projects. Our approach includes the investigation of the elements of a building, including but not limited to balconies, façades, windows and door openings, railings, hurricane shutters, and pool deck and garage structures. During the investigation, we assess the overall condition of the existing structure.
Every building investigation is followed with a comprehensive investigation report, which thoroughly details our findings, conclusions and analysis of the existing conditions, and recommendations for cost-effective, long term repair solutions.
Our knowledge of various construction materials and repair solutions allows for the preparation of cost-effective repair specifications and rehabilitation design drawings.
During the construction phase of the project, our team of Engineers and Licensed Building Inspectors perform onsite inspections to ensure specification and contract compliance.
